LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Monday has ordered to take action against the women cricketers who joined Saga team after leaving Umar Associates team.
According to details, as many as seven female players joined Saga team few minutes before the start of the match, giving walkover to Islamabad team against Umar Associates team.
The board has suggested a six-month to one-year ban on the players. These cricketers include Asmavia Iqbal, Kainat Imtiaz, Sidra Nawaz, Marina Iqbal, Fazila Ikhlaq, Nashra Sindhu and Sana.
The authorities have commanded to implement the orders as early as possible after completing investigation into the matter.
